I see that you have managed to insert a header ad in the spot you wanted

Please note that the header banner is displayed below the menu in the header style you are using. It would require modifications to the header template file if you would like to change that functionality

This may require additional CSS styling as the header banner is not supposed to display along the logo in that header style.
