Is there a way to move the header ad above the menu? Website is forevermogul.com and I would like to see what my page would like like then I move the header above the menu.

The header-style 4 problem has been fixed with the current theme upgrade.
Also, I created a custom header but how do I get the menu to stick. It seems like once you do not select sticky menu when intially creating a new menu there is no options to add sticky menu later.

You need to use the header manager and check the sticky menu, scroll until you see the sticky menu or an empty column were you can set the sticky menu.
