I’ve become a lot more comfortable with wordpress and the newspaper 6 theme, but I am trying to duplicate the
header from this site : http://www.1057thepoint.com/
It doesn’t look that complex, but I cannot understand how they got the menu bar and other images and clickable links all in the header (login, social, listen-live, etc).
Do I have any hope in customizing the newspaper theme into something close to this.

Actually the header is not that far from our own header styles: http://screencast.com/t/nmL4klbk4kM.
It has the exact same elements to it except for the live radio widget.
You can see a list of header styles you can chose from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
If you wish to replicate the header you will need a few css adjustments and modification though.
