I have been trying to create a header banner for my site. I have created the banner in adobe Illustrator. However it doesnt really seems to work on the site. I wondered how it works since I cant really get it right.
Since I am here right now I wanted to asked a second question. I have some empty rows and I wondered how I could remove those perman.

You can use the element Ad Box, and set the element where you want.
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post (you can set a shortcode like a shortcode from adrotate plugin or other plugins)

Sorry, if you want to delete an empty column you need to know that the empty column is part of the row, and you can’t delete the column only the row that holds the column, this can be done with: using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard.
The empty columns will not be displayed.
