Hi,
Logging in this morning my website had automatically deactivated my plugins – I got this sorted but now there is an issue with my header being cut off and squashed – extending to the full page. Has there been an update that has messed with my layout or a plugin that has been deactivated that I’ve forgotten about?

Hello!
There are no automatic updates that are being done. All the updates must be done by the administrator of the website. We make them available but they are not being done automatically. Pleas make sure that your website security is done properly. Also you could ask your host to revert it back if they offer backup.
Let us know the result.
Thank you!
Hi sorry I’m not sure that’s answered my question – I need help fixing my header. The question of whether there was an update wasn’t the main problem. Is asking my host the only way to fix my header? I don’t want to revert my whole website I just want the header to fill up the page again rather than being cut off and squashed.
Hello,
Please try to edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/0Vy46Rp99xs, and try to stretch the row from Header => https://www.screencast.com/t/DmvjxTqyrAJ
Also, if you have set the background color, please remove it from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors and disable the option to make the background boxed => https://www.screencast.com/t/hf4S5s59
In the last update, v11, the implementation of the boxed option has been fixed, if you set a background image/colour this boxed option had applied only to content, now it also applies to the header and footer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
Thank you!
