When I use header style 1 [default], it displays properly on mobile but when I choose style 9, the logo appears very large on mobile and the menu appears on the next line. It doesn’t look right. I think it should look the same as it looks with style 1. Could you help?
Hello manojkhatri,
If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable it and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and clear cache. If you problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hi, I have deactivated all plugins except visual composer but the header style 9 still doesn’t render properly on mobile. Please check http://staging.completewellbeing.com

Please see how style 1 (default) works on desktop –> http://www.screencast.com/t/Z7FpEBjyw0w
The same work perfectly fine on mobile too –> http://www.screencast.com/t/xH9Dcvcs
Now if you see style 9, it looks fine on desktop –> http://www.screencast.com/t/TOMC0E8FRX
But it doesn’t change size of logo on mobile; also, the toggled menu appears below –> http://www.screencast.com/t/8xlL33iR
Since the logo size for both styles is the same on desktop, it should look the same on mobiles too. But what’s happening is that in style 9, the logo on mobile is not small and the menu goes down, making it look odd. I would
like it to look like the way style 1 [default] looks on mobile –> http://www.screencast.com/t/xH9Dcvcs
Hello manojkhatri,
I have checked your website again on the mobile version and I saw that your logo is working fine now and the menu toggle is displayed inline with the logo and the search icon, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/WXAELnow Please let us know if the problem reappears so I can further inspect the issue. Also, please clear all cache and test it again.

Dear Catalin
Yes, that’s because on Saturday I worked on the header with my colleague—we made some css changes. But what we notice is that in the header style with full logo [style 9 upwards], the mobile logos don’t show on the mobile screens. That seems to be a bug because when a mobile logo has been provided, the theme should show it. For mobile, it should show 280×96 for retina and 140×48 for normal screens. Instead, it is showing the size 544×180, which is meant for desktops. You can see in the screenshot you sent to me –> http://screencast.com/t/bzGwqyTB
Could you please address this bug in your next release?
Hello manojkhatri,
For more investigation, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so I can further inspect the setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can know who you are and what the issue is.
Thank you for the message!
Catalin,
I can see the problem that I have described even on the demo page of tagdiv
http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_fashion/
Check this in mobile size and you will see that the header logo doesn’t resize to fit mobile—in fact is spilling out of the screen. This is the problem in header styles 9, 10, 11 and 12.
Ideally, for mobile, the header should take the mobile size.
I would suggest that it be corrected in the upcoming update.
Thanks.
Hello manojkhatri,
Please keep in mind that is not an issue in our demo preview. So, this is the style of the theme. As you can see in our demo, the mobile bar have to appear after the logo and not inline with your logo. As I noticed on your website, you have some additional customizations that change the original style of the theme.
Thank you for your understanding!
Dear Catalin,
Let me see if I understand correctly.
I am not referring here to the mobile bar but to the size of the logo…how is it that the “Newspaper Fashion” logo is not visible properly in the mobile size? Only part of the logo is visible in mobile version? Is that the style of the theme?
In my opinion, it should display the mobile logo instead of the desktop logo—just my suggestion.
I still think that for header style 9 and above, the theme must display mobile logo because otherwise the logo may not be seen fully on mobile screens.
Thanks!
Manoj
Hello manojkhatri,
I have checked our Fashion demo again and the logo was displayed fine, on the mobile and on the desktop mode, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/4hoWf5m6fik Please notice that for Header Style 9,10,11, the mobile logo is not displayed in mobile version because the logo will be from the desktop. This is the style of the theme for these kinds of header styles.
Thank your for your understanding!
I was going to open a new topic about this logo behaviour on smartphones because I thought it was a problem like manojkhatri did, but now I see it’s how this style 9 works… I would like the logo was inside in the menu and search bar because with this 9style logo looks a little big. The perfect size in the PC is not perfect for smartphones. And if you turn the smartphone to read on horizontal mode is worse.
I think it would be a very nice update if you can change that. But if it is not possible I won’t be worry so much, the theme is practically a 10 for me 🙂
Hello BrunoBerlanga,
Please provide an example in this case so I can further inspect it closer. We have done a lot of tests in this regard and everything seems to work as expected. Also, you can provide some useful screenshots so I can understand it better where the problem appear, besides your website.
Thanks.
I’ll show you the vertical and the horizontal mode. If you navigate starting with horizontal mode logo loads well, if you read from vertical and then turn on the smartphone the logo grows up.
Hello BrunoBerlanga,
I have checked your website and please notice that you have no any issues regarding no your logo. Please keep in mind that our theme is responsive and the logo will be adjusted according to the width of your devices. The logo will be bigger when you switch your mobile in landscape mode because the width will be higher and the logo will be adjusted by it. For more information about our logo section, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
Thank you for your understanding!
I’ve uploaded some hours ago to NewsPaper7 and now it’s perfect! PC logo is off and website only shows the logo inside the main bar.
Great work team!
