Header.php file not editing any content and reflecting on the frontend n theme

Hello everyone,

I am trying to add some code in header file but i am getting the problem editing file.when i am change any thing in header.php file its not reflecting on the frontend in website and you please jelp me how to edit this file ?

we already have installed that plugin.I think there is the problem with the tag divi header can you please check.

The second question also the theme is too slow and we are loosing it on the google page speed ranking please help us in this.check my website URL below.
