there is an error with one of your plugins i contacted to my hosting services and they send me the error cause .. when i try to login to wordpress it shows the homepage of my website but not the admin dashboard and this is the error file they send to me can you please check ..

This problem can be if you have a custom wp-admin link. Also, from what I see in the above details, it will be better to remove the theme and theme plugins and reinstall them because those may be damaged.
So, my suggestion is to connect via FTP or cPanel delete the theme plugin (if you want you can delete the theme too, and set the theme from ThemeForest using FTP/cPanel), then login via wp-admin and install the plugins from Newspaper > plugins.
