Unfortunately I can not see the section you are referring -> https://i.imgur.com/AwxScix.png ususally the homepage can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
If there is still a problem, please provide a link where I can see the section you are referring.

Usually all the website have set on logo the link to homepage, this is a standard.
Why is it standard for a website logo to navigate to the home page?
If you are referring to this page ->https://i.imgur.com/cYj89sx.jpg, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer
Also I can see that you are using the blog as homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/Pht5naX.jpg this section can be changed from here -> https://i.imgur.com/xHy4f36.png

So the logo will be link automatic on the homepage you have selected , for example, if you have set in Settings > Reading a static page -> https://i.imgur.com/QqehlY1.png then when you click on logo you’ll be link to that page, if you have select latest pots, you’ll have as homepage set the blog, and the logo will be linked to the blog (in this way is set your logo).
