Hello !

In some cases appear this problem, the users can not use the registration only manually.

Hi,

Please note that our theme is exclusively sold by Envato Market. If you do not receive any invoice from Envato you will have to contact the Envato Market department and request the invoice. Also, you can check this section from here -> https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/205604563-View-Download-Invoices

Make sure you are only installing latest version of theme from TF, not a pirate version, old version, friend version, etc.
