Please keep in mind that all your panel settings (including Custom CSS code from your Custom Box) are loaded in your database. Also, if you have some additionals customizations through code in theme files, child theme, please notice that these will be overwritten by the new update of the theme and you will loose all your additional customizations. Usually, before doing an update, we recommend doing a backup to avoid losing the data. If you have directly done an update for the latest version of the theme, please notice that most likely you have lost all your customizations.

Please ensure that you’re using the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2) because this was fully tested with the latest version of WordPress (4.5.2) and works as properly. If you are using an older version of Visual Composer, please notice that this will not work as expected with the WordPress 4.5.2 because of a conflict. Please update all your plugins to the latest versions, clear all your caches and test it again.

The latest update of our theme is available only on Theme Forest and you have to download the latest packet pressing the Download button. For more information about theme update, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (we recommend doing the update only via FTP) After updating the theme, please update all your plugins that come bundled with our theme -> Social Counter 4.0, Visual Composer 4.11.2 and WordPress 4.5.2.
