Hello!
I want to show first 4 articles in first flex block and then next 4 in the other.
How can i do that?

You can achieve this using 2 blocks, you can set the limit of the posts on the blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/qyaX5J4.png and for the second block set on offset -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/
