I have come across a website called defence.pk

The website is also running on Newspaper theme and the guy is also using and integrating a forum model in the website. Could you please thoroughly inspect me what forum model is he using and what wordpress integration plugin he is using in the website???

On the website defence.pk uses the forum https://xenforo.com

Thanks for the timely response as you guys always exceed our expectations.
I want to know that if I go with the PHPBB forum and use a premium PHPBB theme, then did I need to use the Xenforum model?
