HELP ! Theme Panel not working (infinite loading)

Support team,

After updating theme to ver 3.8 Ive got several problem :

1. Missing header Ad
2. Theme Panel cannot save any customization or any change I’ve made. Everytime I click the “Save Setting” button, its only show pop up endless loading.

I had the problem before, and no one could help me

1 – login into your CPanel
2 – From Software/services chose Select PHP Version
3- chose another PHP version if you use 5.3 change to 5.5 or if you use 5.5 change it to 5.3 and it will work
The themepanel not working for me with PHP version 5.3, i changed it to 5.5 and it work fine for me

@BaBa : My xampp php version 5.5 and cpanel current version is 5.3
Unfotunately I cant change the php version in my cpanel, its a feature I have to
request to the supporting team.

Any other solution will be great !

I’ve tried everything, I deleted all plugins, I deleted EVERYTHING, wordpress, theme, starting from 0, and had the same problem
after several days of struggle with the problem, I found out that because my php version

Contact your host and hear about if they can help you to change the PHP version
but try as Marius says, but do not think it will help … sorry

I did. Disable all plugins, even I reinstall the wordpress twice but nothing.
Please fix the hole its kinda frustrating.

My host provider already updated to Php version 5.4 which the latest version that they have. I’m afraid it couldnt solve the problem, since I’m using Php version 5.5 in my Xampp. Now I have to wait 1×24 hour cuz they migrating the server, meanwhile worrying it wouldnt fix the issue.

Its a hurry up and wait situation.

Total down time, 6 days. Damn!
