Hello!
I had my image on my homepage set to cover the screen but now it is boxed in. I can’t figure out what setting I may have changed.

Hi,
The whole website will be boxed when a background color or image is set in the theme panel

From what I can see that is the case, a white background color is set in the theme panel, this will make the website boxed. Please check and clear the color found here

Then the website will not be boxed anymore.
