We read the documentation but we cant find why we cant edit the rows in some positions.
For example in basic header and in articles. We cant delete inner row and put two banners or inside article we cant add anoter element next to date in the same line.
Can you help us?

In order to edit a page with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
By editing a page with TagDiv Composer you could delete elements but also the row called “Empty column”.
You could try to delete it like this: select the row, press the button delete from your keyboard, then with your mouse select “YES”.

Hello thank you for your answer. We use a PRO/could template. We imported the header of the newspaper demo through cloud templates.
Though we cant edit. The inner position cant be deleted (no option like the one in video) and also cant drag and drop new rows so i can set up two other banners. Same in the inside article i showed you.
I can send you a video if you like. Or if we misunderstood something please help us understand. Thank you!

Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If the problem is still there, then we need to take a look. Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
