For a CPT such as this – https://polksports.com/football/team/polk-county/ – I don’t want the author, date or featured image to show. I can disable some of that in the Theme Panel for all posts, but not a specific post type.
What would be the best approach to tackle that for this post type?

I can see some code in your page. A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled and it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
