For the past week or so, my site has been running veeerrrry slow. Regular pages take up to 10 seconds to load, and working in the WordPress dashboard is even slower. My web guy, who knows how to measure these things, told me the server load on my site is over 4.0, even when fewer than 10 people are visiting it at once.
He and I went through all the troubleshooting steps — turning off plugins, updating everything, purging the cache, and even moving to a different server. The load time would get better for a while but then slow down again. He says there is some kind of coding issue in the theme that is making things churn away in the background all the time.
I don’t know if this problem is unique to me, but if I can’t find a solution, I will probably have to switch themes. Is there anything else I can try that I haven’t tried already? Is there anything tagDiv can do on your end?

That’s strange because some of our clients were so thankful with the latest update because for them the page speed was increase.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update and also to add more settings and more possibilities to change the design or the structure of the websites based on the client’s requirements.
