I have configured the theme on my desktop side. But I am unable to configure for mobile. My website name is info4view.com. That you can check for reference. I have set the default header and footer. But it is not coming in mobile. Please can you tell me how to set the layout for mobile?

I have updated the layout as you said. But still, it is showing the old layout. You check my website info4view.com. The layout is not coming correctly. And one more problem is coming that i am unable to edit the home page through the editor mode. Please can you help asap
