I thought I liked this theme but there seems to be two very simple things, that cannot be done with your theme. Please prove me wrong.
#1. I want to be able to have each post teaser on the left hand side and i want my side bar on the right hand side. Simple enough right? But I DO NOT WANT ANY WHITE SPACE AT THE TOP. See for example http://makingmoneyshow.com/homepage-dean/
(every page I have ever created there is this issue with either the left side or ride side of the them not going to the very top. there is always empty space either on the left side, or the right side, or both.
Another example of wasted white space above the side bar on the side bar side, http://makingmoneyshow.com
#2. So when I name a page, for example this same url example page is I’ve named it “Home Page” within admin. (http://makingmoneyshow.com/homepage-dean/)
You see it is showing “Home Page” if you look at the top of that page. Why would I want someone to see the name of the page on my website? lol and to make matters worse it creates a the white space below my header menu that pushes all the teaser posts down creating wasted white space.
**Please just tell me how to take care of these issues please!!! Last time I created a ticket, the response to the ticket did not help me at all. Please respond with instructions of how to do this, please show from screenshots you provide from the backend. If you can’t solve this I will have to ask for a refund, thanks.

1)In your case, you should use a bit of CSS code. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

For this page, here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/egm9vtjIGBqG, I have noticed that you are using the Pagebuider+latest articles+pagination as a page template and you do not use any VC elements from the body of the page and that’s why you bring that white space.
