I’m stuck. The Home Page editing was going great and it won’t save. It tells me that the Header and Footer save and it gives me check marks but never works.

Please make sure that all theme requirements are set -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, please make a test and try only with tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists.

I’m sorry… Still not saving… I get a Check Mark that Header AND Footer Save.
I deactivated all plugins except for the tagDIV plugins (there are four of them).
Theme requirements are met (except I do not have a Cache Plugin installed yet)
The “Content” section won’t save for some reason.

I ended up creating another instance as a playground to test. It works there. I copied the “text” and pasted it into this instance and saved the content section. That worked…
However… That is not sustainable. Do you have any thoughts?

So the content is saved in a new page, but not in that one. Then it is possible to be a code or some settings that are interfering on that page. What you can do is to use a page revision .
Also, if you want we can take a look at it, for this you need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com you need to provide wp-admin access and to make sure that you have a full backup for the website.
