I have Newspaper 4. So where can I use or set Big Grid 3?
I chose all items in the Settings of Visual Composer, but cannot find Big Grid 3.
In my visual composer there is only Block 1 to 10 and Big Slide. No Big Grid. Do I have to create a layout like Big Grid 3 in the Grid Elements in Newspaper 4? If so, how do I have to do that?

I wrote above that it is available from version 6 of Newspaper. Newspaper 6 is practically a new theme, so if you want to upgrade please do a clean install of the theme following this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ First make a full backup of your current installation – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

I know, that’s why I asked if it’s possible to or how to create a layout/module etc. in Newspaper 4 which looks like Big Grid 3 in Newspaper 6.

You will need custom work to create a block like this for version 4 and it is not an easy task, I suggest to hire a professional developer to do this for you if you don’t want to update the theme. Newspaper 6 is practically a new theme(use a new grid layout) so you cannot just copy a module files or something like this.

@kathrinhwl In version 6 we create new modules/blocks so it is not enough to change the css for Big Slide(the Big Grid is not a slider). The Big Grid 3 block is created using 3 modules – http://screencast.com/t/XVwJEZB9AIt these modules doesn’t exist in version 4. If it were a simple solution to create a Big Grid in version 4, I would have provided to you. If you want to use these Big Grid block any many features(sticky sidebar, smart list..)you will have to update the theme.
