Hi guys,
I’m updating the theme on my sites from v4.6 to the latest v6.6 but my homepage post are not showing. The side bar, nav bar and footer update as expected but the main content section doesn’t show anything. All the plugins have been updated and the theme settings from my v4 theme have been properly imported. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks!
To follow up, the only thing I see on where the posts should be is thefollowing

Make sure you do each step and run the update script so the shortcodes will be changed. (shortcodes and classes have been changed in the new version so the script must rename the ones on your website to match the new ones.)

Thank you for the response.
I did followed the guide step by step(version C). I did not click the update script as I imported the settings from my old website via the import/export tab.
I was confused about how to follow the steps:
– Do you follow one of the steps(A,B,C) and then run the update script?
– Do I have to delete the following files as well or does this apply to the FTP process only?

Quick update, I tried the same process again(C – Update theme via WP) on a different site. When I get to the Welcome tab, the link for the update from version 4 link is not there.

You need to follow one of the update methods and then run the script. Unfortunately it seems in the latest version, for some reason this option does not appear anymore. We are looking into this issue and will fix it in the next update. Until then, please write us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide the update script or an older version of the theme so you can run the script from there. Please also include a link to this topic.
