Unfortunately in Newsmag there is no block that can be set in the way you like. But you can set 2 blocks to achieve that layout, for example you can set the block 3 and set it to display 4 posts -> https://i.imgur.com/GiuH0Vb.png after that set the block 7 and set to display 8 posts -> https://i.imgur.com/3kMF1zp.png after that you can set filters on these blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/RYcc2hb.png and you can set an offset for the block 7 to not repeat the 4 articles -> https://i.imgur.com/pc73PmW.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-block-settings-tutorial/

The “Latest Articles” is set from page template and it can be remove by setting another option -> https://i.imgur.com/Gv73lRn.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-page-templates/
Also if you want to set the WRC RACING WORLD block below Video Player you can edit the page using tagDiv Composer and use drag and drop or for that block or for video player.

In that section the row layout is set in 2 -> https://i.imgur.com/al3ojqH.png in left section is set the main blocks and in right one are set the sidebars elements.
If you want you use the same sidebar, what you can do is to set the youtube video in the main content and the block under it, in this way you’ll have the sidebar use for these element too, or you can set a new sidebar using the row layout mention above to create the sidebar space where you can set the element using tagDiv Composer or widget sidebar element -> https://i.imgur.com/ZKEgdRG.png
