Homepage is crashing when using tag-div builder

Whenever i try to load the tagdiv builder my homepage crash and I get this message:

This page isn’t working …net is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

The builder is loading on all other pages, and used to work on homepage also.

Anyone tried having the same problem? 🙂

Hello !

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

It was W3 Super Cache that was causing the issue. Not sure why, but installing a suggested alternative cache plugin solved the issue.
