How can I add a custom page template?

Hi,
I installed NewsMag4 V 4.9.1 for my site. I need to place banners to the left and right of the main content container (class “td-container”)
I created a custom page template based on “Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination” in wp-content/themes/newsmag/template-banners.php, but it is not listed. I see only two template “Pagebuilder + page title” and “Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination”
How can I add a my custom template?

Hi,

Please notice that you can use only the page templates that Newsmag theme had, the file that you made can be adjusted only with custom work.
What you can do is to edit a page with tagDiv Composer and ad the ad box in a sidebar ( row ) -> http://prntscr.com/q2cmsd
