You can use the Custom Field element or form Input -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-fields-support/
Please note not all Custom Fields types are supported.

I mean the AFC PRO Repeater like this https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/nester-repeater-input.png but in the forntend
