I assume you are talking about the mega-menu: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
I inspected your website and I saw that you got it working but you did not set it up properly. You need to remove the sub-categories from the mega-menu item in the menus area because the mega-menu option will automatically grab the sub-categories and you do not need to place them inside your menu anymore.

All images are being cropped center-top in our themes. This is the way our theme cropps images. This can be seen here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
If for any reason this cropping does not work on your end, then you should disable all plugins except visual composer and regenerate your thumbnails using the force regenerate plugin.

Hello Bogan, I have tried to use the youtube video playlist in the visual composer component on newspaper 6
When I add the videos as directed by the instructions, no videos show.
I emailed support for visual composer and this was their response. Can you help me as far as is this a newspaper component?

The “Youtube video playlist” is not our standard element. It is most likely added by your theme author to enhance the theme functionality or is coming from a third party add-on. You can check our standard elements/features by creating an online demo here: http://vcpreview.com/

The video playlist element is added by our theme, so visual composer support cannot cover it. You need to use only the youtube video ID in the element field: http://screencast.com/t/CmJLfgk1S

As a side-note, you can only use one playlist per page. if 2 playlists are used on the same page, they will not work.

1) When I use the featured image in a post.I have it a certain size, say 324×400. How do I get it to show up in a viewable size in other categories?
On my site, livefromtheatl.com I would like consistency in the images.
I have a top 5 that’s one size; I have general category’s that’s one size. The groups don’t show right. They show a cut off version.
2) how do you NOT have some of the verbiage show under a picture from a category.

1) Unfortunately there is no image size consistency if you use different blocks to display your content. Every block uses a different type of thumbnail.If you want all of them to show the same, you have to use the same block type on your page. (the top 5 element comes from a plugin, and our theme has no such aspect ratio)
2) I think you are referring to the excerpts. You can change the excerpt length from the theme panel: https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/

this type of issues usually occur due to plugin conflicts. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check your mobile menu again. If you use a child theme, please try to activate the main theme to see if the problem does not come from there.
