Now After I change the header I. after I go to the sub categories I see the same post for both sub-categories for example I have the category “Trips” -> “Vacation”, “Nature”.
In phone mode I get that no matter what category I click on I get the same post.

For the category template, if you have set a posts loop then will display all posts in this category or you can use Flex Block/Big Grid Flex and set the filter to “Category -Current category” => https://i.imgur.com/7P99qx0.png
