I want to create a new sidebar area for a specific purpose but don’t know how to create it in newspaper theme.
I’m also wondering if using a plugin to do that could cause any problem.

I will need more details in order to provide a proper answer. What sidebar, how you want it created and where you want it to be used.
I cannot say for sure about plugins as we have not tested any sidebar plugins.

I have a lot of pages in my site and I want to create different side bar for each page.
All I have is Newspaper default, footer 1,footer 2,footer 3 and td_demo_category.
I want to create more sidebars, add different widgets to them.
HOW DOES ONE Create a new Sidebar? Or even delete one?
