How do I add the content table to the right block. I installed the plugin but it does not appear there.
I want to customize it myself. I don’t want to do demo.

Hi,
That looks like one of the theme demo sidebars. If you want to add/remove/modify widgets from it you can do it in the widgets section – http://prntscr.com/o3bky1
There you can edit the widgets from the existing sidebars. if you want to create more sidebars this is possible in a few locations – https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
