How do I change the background color of my website?

Hi,

I am still struggling to change the background colors for my website.

The last instructions that I got, didn’t seem to work.

Can somebody please assist me with this?

Setting a background image or color for the website should not be difficult to do. There is a setting in the theme panel that can be used
