We’re having issues with getting the demo content to import into our website pages. We are receiving an error message and we have no clue how to diagnose this issue as it appears to be something coming from inside your theme.

Thank you for the feedback. However, we have all the plugins installed and activated, our server conditions are all up-to-date, and our theme is also current to the latest update. However, here is the exact message we are receiving when we try to load in any of your demo content (ex. pages, sections, templates).
“Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Bettina, do you have any idea what this is trying to tell us or what we can do from here to begin loading in demo content? If you need site access then please let us know an email address and we’ll send it over to you. Between myself and my fellow developer, we have a combined 30+ years experience working with websites and servers so we’re just a little dumbfounded on how to proceed. In our opinion, loading up a new theme and loading in demo content should be an easy experience. However, we might be doing something wrong and we’re open to understanding what we can do better to get your theme to work.
