How do you install/use the "Breaking News" Demo

I want to create my site based on the “Breaking News” demo of Newspaper 9.5, however, it’s not available on the “Install Demos” page. How do I do this?

You mean the local news demo? – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/
That demo is available for install – http://prntscr.com/mnnspg
You can install it like so – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
