How I can change my site’s Stay Connected section as same as this?

This is my current condition Here's my current condition
and this is how I want to make change in my site.
This is how I want my stay connected section to be looked like.
I have got a style similar to this in tagdive composer and it’s style 1 (black) but It’s not exactly as same as I want. I need help to fix it.
