How long to wait for support? Still waiting…

I’ve been having a number of issues with Composer not working and breaking my site. If Composer is on it breaks the site. I’ve tried this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

I’ve contacted you guys at contact@tagdiv.com a number of times with my license code and issues. It takes days for you to get bac to me. I supplied my WP admin login details and FTP. Getting frustrated and about to ask for a refund.

I’ve emailed you guys again earlier with admin/FTP access and access to Flywheel. Could you please look at this issue im having with Composer today?

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also please note that support team is answering the topics from latest to newest. So if you keep replying to your topic you only make the waiting time longer. This happens also on e-mail !
