How many times do you allow to unassign and assign domains to a license key?

I faced this following message once I assign our development domains to live domains

“To use a license key in a different domain, you can unassign it from the list at any time after 2022-12-07 11:44:44 UTC + 02:00.”

I find the unclear answer from your support team in another topic of Theme Activation problem saying
“This message appears if you try to unassign a domain so often, so you need to wait until that date.”

I want to ask How many times do you allow to unassign and assign domains to a license key?

Hello,

So after the time expires you can assign it to another website.
Normally you can have that license assigned on two websites at the same time, but if you give unassign and assign it to one site, and it will be active on that site, then a message appears and you have to wait to expire that time to be able to assign the license to another website.
