In order to achieve that you will have to use a single post template, edit it using the tagdiv Composer and add more custom Ads boxes. I am sorry for missunderstanding your issue !
Unfortunately there is no posibility in adding more in-line ads. The only option is the one you find in Theme Panel – Ads – Article Inline Ad wich will display after the paragraph you set: https://www.screencast.com/t/SBHpP2J2
Other option MAY be available from future updates but untill then there is no way. We are sorry for the inconvenience !
