2. How can I filter post according to most viewed post on MOST POPULAR section? I’ve checked all the options but there is no option as: most viewed post. I also want to know How is the popular post set?

1) I think you are referring to the ajax filters. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
2) The most popular post filter will need the post views to be active. The post with the most views will be the most popular one. You can filter any at all block by popular posts but again, you need to have post views active in the theme panel-> post settings.

You can add an ajax filter to all of your blocks on the front page. edit each one in the tagdiv composer and enable the ajax filter for each one.

You can change the block header style. This block header style provides a button that directs to the category page used in the filtering on the block
