How do I insert Adsense code below the first two article snippets on my homepage, without using tagDiv?
I’ve recently moved to Newspaper 9 and my homepage wasn’t created in tagDiv composer, so I can’t find my homepage in my “Pages” section. Is there a way to add Adsense code in WordPress’ theme editor?
Hi,
In order to ad Adsense on homepage you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer and add an ad box -> https://i.imgur.com/05IHiB1.png you can check more in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/
Hope this will help you!
Hi Calin, thank you for your time. But the problem is that my homepage is not listed in my “Pages”, so I don’t know how to edit it with tagDiv Composer. I switched from a different theme and didn’t build my site in tagDiv Composer.
Hi,
You can try to set the ads in header and footer using the theme panel ads or if you are using a pro demos or cloud header edit theme with tagDiv Composer and set the ads there.-> https://i.imgur.com/EqeQ3HZ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Mgyv42E.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Please provide me a link to your website where I can check your homepage, in this way I will be able to provide you a better answer.
Thank you!
Hi Calin, please have a look at my homepage. I’d like to add a banner or Google Matched Content ad below the first two article snippets: https://womenstennisblog.com/
Hi,
As I can see you already have some ads in your blog articles -> https://i.imgur.com/o2qUjzB.png this can be adjusted with some custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/rbrZ6Vy.png. Unfortunately using our theme you’ll not be able to set more ads, only if you build a new homepage.
Or maybe you can find a plugin that can insert the ads.
Thank you!
Hi Calin, those ads are placed by Google automatically. What I want is to place my own ad there, or it doesn’t even have to be an ad, I used to have a Twitter widget in that place. I see, there’s no solution unless I build a new homepage. Thank you very much for your time and help!
