Hello,
you do not have a gallery page there. it is a simple post with a tagdiv gallery. If you want to have a section that contains only galleries, you can maybe use a plugin that can provide grouping of multiple pages where you can add galleries. Our theme by default does not have this option, sorry.

There are options to place ads in the post page (top, inline, and bottom ad)

Ads below the tags are not possible using theme options. Either modify the post template used and insert the ad code there. Some similar topics here
