Please check to see if the review option is enable in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/sCppMAC.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
Make sure that you have set the star reviews -> https://i.imgur.com/N2seDja.png -> https://i.imgur.com/r2fARwe.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/tYo4OrH.png
Also if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and add the elements for review -> https://i.imgur.com/hDLif66.png
