Hi support.
Just want to ask why iPhone safari and Android chrome renders the site differently? Is there any settings I can change to make the one in safari look like android chrome? Thank you.
Here’s the screenshot from iPhone device –
Thank you for your support.
Or how do you prevent this from showing in the page-
I want it to show the mobile site instead of that. I checked and it doesn’t matter whether using safari or chrome.
Hi,
I can’t view any of the screenshots you provided unfortunately. I suggest providing them in a different way, upload them in a free image upload website for example. Also please provide a link to the website so we can take a look at the issues you are referring to.
Thank you!
Hi Simon,
Made a new post regarding this as I’ve recently discovered that it happens randomly. And not just in mobile browsers.
Appreciate it if you can help me look at it. Thank you.
Hello !
As my colleague replied in your other topic, it looks like you are using the Mobile Theme plugin which changes the way you see the website on mobile devices.
If you are looking to have the same looks on mobile and desktop you will need to remove the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you !
Hi,
So if I remove the mobile theme plugin, I will see the site as is and not just see the latest articles page? Thank you.
Hi Vlad,
Thank you so much for the support. I appreciate it. I removed the mobile theme for the homepage and the mobile now works responsive and not show the latest articles only.
I have another problem though. After doing that, whenever I browse using the browser, the mobile page appears on the homepage. I have attached the screenshot of how it appears when it’s not in mobile and the mobile site that looks a bit stripped down. How can I resolve that? Thank you in advance.

Hello !
This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let us know the result.
Thank you !
Hi Vlad,
So far it’s working. Thank you.
By the way, how do you remove the words about us and follow us at the bottom of the page when viewed in mobile? Ran through the settings but couldn’t see it. I appears when using safari and chrome in iPhone. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
Thank you.
Hello !
That can be done using CSS. Please use this code: .td-mobile-footer-wrap .block-title {
display:none;
}
Please use the code above and insert it in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/OtVh8O82sN
Make sure to clear your cache and the issue should be sorted.
Thank you !
Thank you for you reply.
I added the code and cleared the cache but the “About Us. and Follow Us.” still appears at the bottom of the page.
Hoping for you reply.Thank you.
Hi, I noticed that it happens in safari when not in mobile version. Please see attached screenshot. Thank you. https://imgur.com/5xdGyja

Hi, I just bought another license for the product and I was hoping maybe you could teach me how to troubleshoot and fix the error so that I won’t run back to it again. The site is fairly new so I can edit it if needed? thank you.
Whenever I try to edit the mobile footer in the cloud templates it shows this error message – https://imgur.com/wAsyjT0 I want to remove the two ads showing in the footer. Thank you.
