First of all, using a translator, the words can be weird.
My homepage is in the form of a middle and right sidebar.
I want to add TOC on the left, but I’m not sure.
Also, I don’t know how to add sidebar widgets because there are only Newspaper and footer1,2,3 in the widget window.

Hi,
You can create 2 sidebars using tagDiv Composer, select a row and chose a layout with 3 columns -> https://i.imgur.com/Zxw0Off.png -> https://i.imgur.com/otaguSK.jpg then just drag and drop the elements.
To create more sidebars that can be filled using widgets you can use this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
