Hi maltardesigns,
This depend on the footer you are using https://i.imgur.com/foSBC2g.png -> https://i.imgur.com/rKYLSVZ.png, if this is a stander footer can be edited from theme panel> translate, if is a page template or a cloud template you can edit it using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/ZdjxwAa.png
