Hello,
Pleas provide more details to how you want to change the hover. You can change the hover colors from the theme panel here: http://screencast.com/t/VQinnTNvZV7 but you cannot change the hover style. The hover depends on the header style that you use: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
