I activated mobile plugin, now how can i edit the home page layout ?
or is mobile theme fixed ?

It is fixed. You can do your own modifications of the newspaper>mobile folder at your own risk.

The homepage on the mobile theme is fixed as far as I know. The top grid and latest articles cannot be changed.
To add custom HTML, images or text just edit the page and add those elements inside the Mobile Editor.
