How to change the categories title….

HI…
I used demo …but i can`t change categories title…and
once I post new article …the new article shows on every categories(include worldnes,latest,etc.) even I set the categories during editing
the article….
Please help me…..

If you mean the block titles these can be changed by clicking on the block like this

For the Latest articles section you can change the text in Theme panel->Translations
