how to collect emails and have people signup

I have been getting messages from people who said they tried to sign up but couldn’t. Can you tell me real quick how to set that up? When I go to “sign in/ join ” It won’t give the user the option to join. ”

The visitor can register if the option from Settings > General -> https://i.imgur.com/SfYCIlx.png also you can check our documentation for login – How to enable the user registration -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/login-how-to-enable-user-registration/

When I click on header login, nothing happens. In your screen shot you were able to click on header login and get a drop down, how come it doesn’t happen for me?
