These row layouts – http://prntscr.com/njiawg will appear only if the cloud library plugin is active. Maybe you are not seeing them because of this.

You are trying to edit a non cloud post template, that will not work. First you must import or create a cloud post template, the guide from above explains how this is possible.

Then you can apply it to posts, it will appear in the post template selection options

So all you have to do is to import a cloud post template – http://prntscr.com/nkwu2f

It will open in the composer, you can make modifications to it if needed.
Or you can design your own post template from scratch, if you want to do this please select the blank post template – http://prntscr.com/nkwuj9 and use the single elements from the composer in it – http://prntscr.com/nkwv95

The cloud post templates can be edited with the composer, the default post templates can’t be.
